Please note that there’s not enough nutritional and health studies against corona virus so if you're really infested, you have to follow the standard precautions and the treatment of corona virus and this article is just made for knowing what, on a daily basis, can you do so that your immunity system is stronger and it is protected.

Tip number one is that basics. Eat on time, eat warm, eat regularly, eat without stress, make sure that each meal you're eating with your loved ones and family is really a nutritious one because in these times, we really need every meal to boost up our immunity. Now, in the world of food, which food actually boosts up our immunity fast? Remember, the grandmother's broth. When she made, we were sick, she cooked a lot of vegetables and herbs inside and gave us this warm drink to have. So make broths and soups, Liquids with vegetables. And make sure that you have two servings a day of vegetable broth or vegetable soup because it has a lot of properties to kind of enhance your immunity system fast. Second tip is protecting your nerves. It's really stressful with all the time to hear about corona virus and our nerves are really inflamed. So what can you do in nutrition that your nerves are strong? So Ayurveda has this beautiful recipe of golden milk. So golden milk is something where you have milk have turmeric inside and you have ginger powder inside and you have a little pepper pod inside. They also have recipes with coconut milk inside like plant milk-based golden milk but golden milk is highly recommended to have before bed so that your immunity system is enhanced and your nerves are nourished because golden milk nourishes your nervous system as well and your immunity system as well. So the second tip for nutrition, what I would recommend everyone is to have golden milk with your family in the night to make your immunity system strong.

Third tip. The food lemon and all the citrus have properties to kill virus. In fact, lemon kills 20 types of viruses and you can wash your hands with lemon also as a sanitizer after you've washed it with soap to just make your hands bacteria and virus-free. So lemon in your kitchen is a very strong protection against virus. You can have ginger, lemon, or you can just have lemon and if you are intolerant to lemon, if lemon gives you acidity, the other good source of vitamin C would be cabbage. We never know that cabbage has high amount of vitamin C and it can also protect you from virus because that's what the lemon and citrus do, they give you a lot of vitamin C. So if you're intolerant to citrus, you can have cabbage juice because that has a lot of vitamin C inside as well. So you need the vitamin C from lemon or from citrus and besides this, in your kitchen, you have cumin, you have cinnamon, you have cardamom, you have cloves and in India, we have the holy basil. Holy basil is also a very effective plant for fighting viruses. So when you're cooking vegetables or when you're making soup, if you add these spices inside, they increase the thermo genesis of your body which means that they give you a good circulation and immunity against the viruses.

So pay attention to the magic which already is in your kitchen before going to buy any herbs because you already have it. So out of fear, just don't buy anything. Look in your kitchen and start to use these spices because these spices do wonder to your immunity system. Besides this, super food moringa is very good to be consumed. You can sprinkle it over your vegetables because it has a lot of nutrition inside and great amounts of iron as well which make your immunity system better. 

So that was my three tips to boost your nutrition and be calm when you have food when you eat from a calm state, when you eat from a stage of being happy, being presented your food, when you actually chew your food or when you don't drink a lot of liquids with your food, then your food absorbs in a much better way.
