Ayurvedic psychology helps you immensely in understanding your life. And it gives you a lot of holistic strategies on how to help yourself especially when you’re not mentally feeling well. In Sanskrit, we call it as a prajnaparadha. And that's why many of the intelligent people are more prone to addictions, depression and other problems. So when you study Ayurvedic psychology, you actually discover your true intelligence and master how to manage yourself, to use your doshas, to use your gunas and let them listen to you instead of you listening to them. So these changes, you take authority of your mind and you tell the mind what to do.
