holistic strategies on how to help yourself especially when you’re not mentally

childhood and what all we faced in life, our different traumas, from, you know,
our failures, society pressure, we go more and more outward for solutions, and

which led to this. So the second case, is only happening when you go to a

judgment inside you is really fused. Sounds great, right?

of Ayurvedic psychology, studying. It is that you can use your intelligence in
a proper way. Like Einstein said, everybody is intelligent, So that means that all
the types are intelligent, but intelligence doesn't lead to creation of tasks
successfully because in Ayurvedic, the intelligence can be used in the wrong
way, and that's called as the wrong use of intellect. In Sanskrit, we call it
as a prajnaparadha. And that's why many of the intelligent people are more
prone to addictions, depression and other problems. So when you study Ayurvedic
psychology, you actually discover your true intelligence and master how to
manage yourself, to use your doshas, to use your gunas and let them listen to
you instead of you listening to them. So these changes, you take authority of
your mind and you tell the mind what to do. So definitely, you're more
successful, you're feeling more confident, and your mind is not so disturbing
you anymore. So that's the second benefit.
And what's the third benefit of Ayurvedic psychology is that
anything you're doing, whether you're doing yoga, whether you're doing
meditation, whether you're doing coaching, whether you're going to a
psychotherapist, or you're having any kind of health problems, all your health problems
actually start to dissolve, because understanding and being aware is half
solution. So all the things, what you do go inside better, because your mind is
in much more calmer and progressive state. So there are a lot more benefits of
